Jon, ACU physician co-lead, describes their Accountable Care Unit (ACU® care model) outcomes. Very interesting to hear how their metrics improved across clinical, cost, as well as staff & patient satisfaction.

When added up, their ACU was seeing savings in the region of $2.4 million dollars in their first 21 months after implementation on just their 27 telemetry unit.
